Alcedo Care is seeking Care Assistants/Support Workers to join our team of Complex carers in Millom and surrounding areas. A valid driving license is essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits

• Welcome Bonus of £250 after a successful 3-month review.
• Competitive pay rates from £14.00 to £14.50 per hour for complex care packages, plus holiday pay and pension.
• Weekly pay every Friday, with mileage reimbursement of £0.30 per mile for drivers.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals with at least 6 months of care experience or relevant personal experience, passionate about supporting others. Training will be provided by our in-house trainer and nursing team.

Key responsibilities include peg feed management, epilepsy care, personal care, manual handling, community access support, and attending education sessions.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of care or support work experience.
• A strong desire to support others and make a positive impact.
• Must be 18 or older and pass an enhanced DBS check.
