About the Role:

As a SEND Support Worker, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, immersive, and enjoyable learning atmosphere. Your efforts will help build positive connections, boost confidence, and provide essential support to students throughout their educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
2. Build positive connections to enhance students\’ confidence and self-esteem.
3. Assist class teachers with classroom activities.
4. Offer 1:1 and small group support to students in their learning.
5. Assist with personal care duties as needed.
