Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 (including $250 for MAP certification)

Starting Salary: $21.70/hour, with potential increases up to $25.24 based on experience and education

Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday, 1pm-11pm; Sunday shift can be flexible, 7am-5pm as an alternative

Devereux’s South Wing program in Rutland, MA, is an on-campus residential setting serving adolescent boys aged 14-22. Our focus is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, and facilitate youth reintegration.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Driver’s license required
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of supervisory/direct care experience in relevant roles
• Experience working with youth with psychological, emotional, or behavioral disorders
• Residential supervisory experience preferred
• Complete 2-week orientation (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm)
• Post-orientation schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 1pm-11pm (flexible Sunday shift, 7am-5pm alternative)
