Production Operative

We are now looking for a Production Operative, for day shift, to work on a production line and pack meat in line with specification and always work in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Checking the cuts of meat to ensure that they are in line with specifications.
• Arranging meat in packaging, complying with display requirements set out in product specifications.
• Ensuring that the pack weight is correct and in line with specifications.
• Rejecting any items including packaging and meats that look to be outside of the parameters set out in the product specifications.
• Hygiene duties, general housekeeping.
