Territory Manager – Britvic Grocery

Location: Sunderland, Darlington, Durham & surrounding areas (Ideal Postcode DL1 or SR1)

Permanent, Full time

Salary £26,500 per annum, plus performance related bonus, company car & fuel card

Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Britvic Grocery Team. In this field-based role, you will drive sales of brands like Pepsi Max, Rockstar, Robinsons, 7UP, and more by maximizing brand awareness and presence in stores. You will visit approximately 5-6 retailers daily within your designated call file, building key relationships with decision makers to agree on displays, increase visibility, and boost sales.

Who are we looking for?

Our top performers are confident, results-driven, and excellent at time management. Experience in retail or direct sales is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. We provide training and development opportunities.

Additional Information

This role requires a full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points or bans). All offers are subject to a DVLA licence check. The role involves regular travel, manual handling/heavy lifting, and occasional overnight stays.
