We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to support the design, development, and deployment of a SharePoint-based software catalogue for a global law firm. This critical project aims to centralize and streamline access to software tools across the firm’s international offices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong SharePoint Online administration and page design background and a keen eye for usability, structure, and governance. You will work closely with the IT and marketing teams to deliver a polished, user-friendly solution.
Areas Of Focus And Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online pages to host a centralized software catalogue.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions.
- Implement metadata, tagging, and search optimization to ensure intuitive navigation and discoverability.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and data protection policies.
- Provide documentation and training materials for end users and administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues during the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or SharePoint Site Owner.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, including modern site design, web parts, lists, libraries, and permissions management.
- Demonstrated experience building custom SharePoint pages for cataloguing or knowledge management purposes.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Understanding of information architecture, UX principles, and content governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in a legal or professional services environment is highly desirable.
- 9.30 am to 5.30 pm but flexibility is a must as this role will involve working alongside teams to meet deadlines, running and attending alumni events and supporting the firm in developing relationships.
