Are you a business development manager looking for a new challenge? We are looking to appoint a business development manager to work for our client who manufacture and distribute across Europe!
The successful BDM will have the ability to generate new leads through various methods as well as manage accounts and win back lapsed business. This role will be predominantly based 'on the road' visiting clients in and around the Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Northamptonshire region. This is an ideal position for someone who wants to work autonomously and doesnβt mind being on the road visiting clients and winning business! This is an ideal role for a 'people person'.
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Win new business from newly generated leads
- Manage existing accounts
- Upsell products and services to potential clients
- Understanding of profit and loss
- Experience within manufacturing or engineering
- Win back lapsed business
- Ability to use CRM systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Driving license
- Excellent communicator
- Understanding of service contracts
