Position: Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a committed and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation services at one of our locations. You will be responsible for delivering physical therapy treatments to enhance patients\’ independence and functioning, under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing patients\’ individualized treatment plans as established by the primary Physical Therapist
• Collaborating with the rehabilitation team to develop programs suited to each patient\’s needs and capabilities
• Assisting the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures
• Instructing patients, families, and caregivers in skills and techniques of the physical therapy program under supervision

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice physical therapy
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
