PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced Financial Services professional to join a large PRIMIS / LSL linked Financial Services business as Sales Director - Protection. The business is part of a wider group of businesses within the Mortgage, Protection and GI space with some 500 advisors currently in the group.
As Sales Director you will inspire, lead, develop, and grow an existing team of 15 Protection Specialists based in Southampton within this well renowned and highly respected national Mortgage and Protection advisory business. The successful candidate will have extensive management experience within a Financial Services environment with strong exposure to regulated Protection advice.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience required:
- Strong proven protection exposure.
- Experience in sales management or a leadership role, within a regulated environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - with the ability to effectively deliver to a wide audience.
- Ability to deliver excellence in customer service in a result driven environment.
- Inspirational coach and motivator with a desire to develop and support others.
The OTE for the role is circa £100,000 from a base to £75,000. The role is based out of the businesses offices in Southampton.
