Data Insight Analyst

FTSE listed financial services client in the Swindon area are looking for a Data Insight Analyst to help out on a busy programme of work.

You will ideally have in-depth Data/MI/BI Analysis experience.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Engage with business stakeholders to identify and understand their objectives from a business, data and analytics perspective.
2. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather detailed requirements and clarify the analytics challenge that needs to be solved.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams during the analysis and delivery phase.
4. Be accountable for the quality of their Insight definition.
5. Understand the data sufficiently to enable Insight Engineers to create codable transformations in the data layer.
6. Identify gaps in the data or where data is of insufficient quality to enable valid analytics and communicate this to the appropriate business entity.
7. Document requirements in line with best practice.
8. Assist in prioritisation based on doability and business impact.
9. Draft business and technical requirements, interview and record requirements.

Hybrid working, 1-2 days per week in their Gloucestershire offices.
