Job Description

Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to diagnose a wide range of childhood illnesses and conditions accurately.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to each child\’s unique medical, emotional, and developmental needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, social workers, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Provide education and support to families regarding preventive health measures, nutrition, and child development milestones.
Monitor the growth and development of children, identifying potential developmental delays and initiating appropriate interventions.
Perform routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings as part of preventive healthcare practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a specialization in Pediatrics from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Pediatrics, demonstrating recognized expertise in the field.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting, with a proven track record of patient care.
Experience in managing complex pediatric cases, including chronic illnesses and developmental disorders.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain medical concepts to families in an accessible manner.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance patient management and documentation.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to diverse patient populations.
Ability to work effectively in a team, showcasing leadership qualities when necessary.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach, ensuring a supportive environment for children and their families.
