We are seeking a Divisional Manager to lead the beauty operations for this London based client. Leading a large headcount to deliver the commercial strategy. Salary for this role is £55-£70K depending on experience. You will focus on meeting sales, engagement and conversion targets.

The Ideal candidate will already be working in a senior appointment within Beauty or Personal Care products. You will ideally have experience managing managers to achieve business goals. We are looking for someone with senior stakeholder management experience and a good knowledge of Luxury / Premium service proposition within Beauty.

This role is London Centric, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis.
