The Role – Medical Devices Technician

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a Medical Devices Technician responsible for:

• The setup and support of surgical camera systems
• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and replacing medical devices
• Providing client support in clinical areas to promote equipment functionality and use, enabling staff to concentrate on clinical care of patients
• Facilitating training to all levels of staff as required
• Completing weekly and quarterly reports alongside supporting documents as required

Your Background – Medical Devices Technician

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Have experience working in a healthcare or operating theatre environment
• Possibly have previously worked as a Healthcare Technician or Medical Technician in the forces
• Be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
• Possess clinical qualifications such as nurse, Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), or Certified Medication Technician (CMT), which would be beneficial
