- Organise and manage a security team within a corporate environment.

- Deal with any issues that occur within hospitality from a safety perspective.
- Work with the Chief Steward in managing and motivating hospitality staff.

- Ensure that all staff are customer-focused and trained for safety, including evacuations.
- Be the point of call and direct link to the control room with any issues within hospitality areas.
