Finyx is a boutique Strategy Consultancy passionate about transforming the way Digital Services are delivered.

We’ve come a long way since we first started in 2006; but our desire to operate client-side, offering wholly independent advice and support to our clients hasn’t changed.

We have no designs on becoming the next Accenture/Deloitte/IBM – our goal is to build and maintain a happy and healthy place to work, focussing on interesting high-value projects and where the team largely know each other and can have some fun.

Our founders, management team and staff have all been attracted to Finyx because of its “non-corporate” culture. We are of course professional in our conduct and provide real opportunities for career development … it’s just that we believe it’s possible to do that without game playing.

In summary … We’re all adults and we treat each other that way not matter where you sit in the firm.

Our recent and ongoing success means we are actively looking for talented individuals to join our team in a variety of capacities.

As you’d expect – we’re not looking for an army of clones – we value individuality, honesty, hard work, meritocracy, excellence, trust & respect.

Are you ready to join a firm with a real difference?
