Job Opportunity: Professional Qualifications Team Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Maternity cover – 10 months – July 2025 to May 2026

Salary: £29,450

35 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays), Pension contribution of 8% with a requirement for a personal contribution of at least 2%, plus matching of additional voluntary contributions of up to 2%, Private healthcare scheme, Death in service cover of 3.5 times your annual pensionable salary, Income protection salary, Agile and Hybrid working

Our client, a leading Professional Body, is seeking a Professional Qualifications Team Coordinator (Maternity Cover) . This role is essential in supporting the Professional Qualifications team to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team and assist in meetings.
• Manage documents, operational plans, and risk registers.
• Organise internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and induction processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service during peak activity periods.

Essential Skills:

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Diplomatic and discreet handling of confidential information.
