Mission statement We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join Keyrock’s corporate development team. In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities—including M&A, partnerships, and investments—across the rapidly evolving crypto and digital assets landscape. Job Description Identify and evaluate acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities within the crypto and blockchain sector, aligning them with the company’s long-term growth strategy. Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis to assess the viability and strategic fit of potential deals and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with founders, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to source new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s network in the crypto ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams—including product, engineering, legal, and finance—to ensure smooth execution and integration of transactions and strategic initiatives. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity in the digital asset space to inform strategic recommendations and keep the company ahead in a rapidly evolving market. Background And Experience Demonstrated experience in the crypto industry, such as in business development, venture capital, or strategic roles within blockchain or digital asset companies, with a proven track record of executing deals or partnerships. Strong understanding of finance and macroeconomics, including financial modeling, investment analysis, deal structuring, and the ability to assess how macro trends impact crypto markets. Established and relevant network within the crypto ecosystem, with active connections to industry professionals, founders, investors, and key stakeholders, enabling effective deal sourcing and industry insight.
