You will be responsible for helping to coordinate, maintain and drive Sales Operation Excellence, with the development of CRM processes and tools to support GB&I Healthcare sales.
Your Role:- You will work closely with the CRM Manager, Sales Managers and Business Line Managers to drive Sales Operational Excellence.
- You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of data quality to support accurate business reporting from the Funnel.
- You will identify and correct inaccurate data within the CRM system.
- You will provide helpdesk support for all CRM system related queries, with a view to resolving in a timely manner. This will include liaising with overseas central support function as required.
- You will support the sales Funnel Review Calls and update Opportunities as required.
- You will support the Regional Sales Managers as a “CRM Buddy.”
