As the business continues its impressive growth, fuelled by a steady stream of high-quality inbound leads, they are now looking to add four experienced Second Charge Mortgage Advisors to their expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing warm leads across multiple channels
- Offering tailored mortgage advice to fit each customer’s unique circumstances
- Navigating regulatory standards (SMCR) and staying compliant
- Following internal lending policies with integrity
- Achieving targets and service levels while delivering an outstanding experience
Must Have
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in an advice-based sales role
- Proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
- Able to work from the Manchester office at least 3 days a week
- Clear communication and strong customer service skills
- Confident in making decisions and handling complex queries
- Motivated, driven, and a natural team player
Desired
- Full or part CeMAP qualification (or commitment to achieve it - training provided)
Salary
Basic salary between £27,415 and £35,154 (depending on qualifications). Uncapped commission with OTE of £41,000 to £50,000+

A Note on Compliance
This position falls within the FCA’s Certification Regime. All successful candidates will undergo a credit check, DBS screening, and annual fit-and-proper assessment in line with regulatory standards.
