Our client is a leading independent placement agent. As part of their continued growth, they are adding a Real Estate professional to join their Sales team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute Real Estate offerings to European investors.
- Arrange and attend roadshows with fund managers.
- Build strong relationships with the institutional investment community.
- Develop specialist knowledge of asset classes and strategies (Real Estate).
- Build relationships with fund managers.
- Pro-actively source new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years experience.
- 3 years + in raising capital in a client facing/sales role within a fund manager or placement agent that covers Real Estate.
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
