A dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa £200m has an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project in Grays, Essex.
The company has been around for approximately 15 years and has continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry. They specialise in the delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, commercial, and infrastructure, between £5m to £30m in value. They offer their key clients services nationwide; they have some excellent lasting relationships and win a lot of repeat business as a result.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a £15m project in Milton Keynes that comprises a 400,000 sq. ft. new build industrial warehouse and offices. The project will last for approximately 10 months. This is a great opportunity to join an excellent company that encourages career progression and takes your career to the next level.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor
- Experience working on new build steel frame projects
- Able to work autonomously
