Holden Jones are currently working with a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants in Gerrards Cross who, as a result of continued growth, are now seeking to recruit an ambitious Accounts Senior or Semi Senior to join their team.
You will work closely with an Audit/Accounts Manager supporting a number of Directors and Managers whilst working on your own diverse client portfolio. You are AAT ACA or ACCA qualified (or part qualified; QBE also considered) from a practice background and will be experienced in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax compliance on Xero, together with at least 30% audit.
Responsibilities:- Managing a portfolio of clients, including leading on audit
- Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Corporation tax computations
- Preparation of management accounts
- Review of VAT returns & bookkeeping
- Visiting clients at their premises
