Our goal is to provide seamless access to digital assets in a secure, compliant, and user-friendly way. Role Summary: We\’re looking for a Product Director to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital assets products. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team across engineering, design, compliance, and operations — delivering mission-critical infrastructure products that are fast, secure, and intuitive. Responsibilities include: Building and scaling custodial wallets, crypto payments, fiat and crypto settlement rails, spot trading flows, staking, balances, reward tracking, APIs, and internal tools. Defining the long-term product roadmap, balancing global user needs, internal operations, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Delivering stable, scalable systems for crypto workflows and overseeing API development. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure secure and effective integrations. Mapping user journeys, optimizing for performance, and monitoring key metrics. Minimum Requirements: 8+ years in product management, including senior leadership roles. Experience with complex infrastructure products in crypto, fintech, payments, or API platforms. Technical knowledge of crypto custody, liquidity, blockchain analytics, and related areas. Proven leadership across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups. Bonus Points: Experience with third-party tools like Fireblocks, Chainalysis, or KYB/KYC providers. Regulatory product delivery experience in the UK or EU. B2B2C or white-label product experience. Excellent documentation skills. Why Join Us?
