Your role will require you to work very closely with the Development Manager to act as a mentor/role model influencing best practices and being responsible for the team's progression (without line management responsibility).

Due to the transformation, they are experimenting with DevOps and plan to be containerizing in Docker, have Kubernetes clusters set up on Azure, Sonar Cloud for automated review, and Harness for deployment pipelines. They want to explore all avenues to ensure they are making the right decisions technically, giving you the chance to express your creativity and innovative side.
