Description

A leading PLC organisation is looking to hear from qualified accountants with strong experience working within a manufacturing environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading organisation on the outskirts of Preston. You will be responsible for:

1. Month-end operations accounts, variance analysis
2. Budgets, forecasts
3. Supporting half-year and full-year reporting
4. Interpretation and analysis to support operations management
5. Maintenance of standard costing within ERP systems
6. Cost modelling for new products
7. Acting as a business partner to operations management

Experience using large ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and experience in cost modelling will be beneficial.
