Our Graduate Real Estate Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Land Managers, Development Managers & Planning Managers, or anyone with a natural interest in land acquisition, planning policies or project management. This pathway is tailored to expose you to key areas of the business that will develop you into a strong all-rounder within the Real Estate field.

This pathway includes rotations within the business areas below, all constructed with key learning objectives in mind to equip you with all of the knowledge you need:

  • Land & Planning
  • Technical
  • Construction
  • Commercial
  • Development and Strategic Land

You’ll rotate through all these areas across your 18 months, starting and finishing within either the Strategic Land, Land & Planning or Development department. During your final rotation, you’ll agree with your Mentoring Line Manager where you will specialise and transition into this position on completion of your rotations, taking the next step onto either a Strategic Land, Land & Planning or Development career path.
