This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2/3 days a week. Joining us as a Product Owner, you will be the guardian of software products for our finance division, collaborating with the entire team to ensure successful delivery within the Agile framework. You will drive quarterly planning, prioritise business requirements, and translate them into feasible features for the development team. Your role is crucial in aligning product vision and roadmap with business objectives, acting as the voice of the customer within the development team.

- Lead stakeholder engagement from collaborative requirement gathering to regular progress updates
- Translate business objectives into solutions and testable software features
- Organise and plan input for quarterly Planning Increment meetings
- Groom and manage product backlog
- Prioritise features based upon desired company outcomes
What you’ll bring to the role:
You’ll have experience with finance systems and software, understanding of financial processes and regulations, and the ability to translate financial requirements into technical specifications. You’ll also have:
- Experience in Agile Product Ownership
- Experience working within a software development team
- User knowledge of JIRA / Confluence / Kanban
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritisation and execution of tasks under pressure
