We are seeking a UK Sales who would be responsible for driving UK Sales as well as our London Showroom. You will work with our architecture, interior design, commercial development, and private clients in a creative and fast paced environment. This position is an outreach position for a highly motivated individual to develop and implement our sales strategy, advise, and sell to clients, with a focus on the UK market. This person will act as a representative of our brand and the designer brands we carry.

Role Description

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Develop B2B & retail Business with a detailed inbound and outbound strategy by building relationships and increase conversion for the UK
    • Manage a portfolio of clients, existing and new
    • Build and nurture solid relationships with clients to increase spend and repeat business
    • Continually develop an effective network of HNW sector relationships
    • Utilise product and industry knowledge to maximise sales
    • Manage customer entertainment – budget and activities to increase loyalty, engagement & awareness of new product launches (events, trade meetings and marketing events / shows etc.)
    • Grow customer base by utilising TIC technology and digital tools
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of TIC clientele
    • Manage projects with clients from concept to install to post-order follow-up
    • Conduct pipeline review meetings with clients to understand opportunities
  • Be at all times TIC Brand Ambassador
    • Understand and demonstrate TIC values and behaviours externally and internally
    • Act as a technical expert of our collection
    • Represent the company in a retail environment as well as fairs and events
  • Manage relationships with partners, vendors, suppliers, shippers…
  • Achieve sales objectives by developing and building client relationships to ensure that clients are receiving assistance and information in a timely manner and to the level expected
    • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals with a particular focus on developing each Tier
    • Analise data, identify, generate and track leads
  • Follow TIC Sales process to ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed

Person Specification

  • Substantial experience in sales in a fast paced environment
  • Strong client service skills and readily available for client inquiries
  • Prior experience sales experience in a Luxury business with a strong interest for architecture and/or interior design
  • Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Experience of managing multiple priorities and ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • Extremely organised and able to prioritise effectively, with a strong attention to detail
  • Approachable, flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude to work
  • Trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and highly confidential
  • Fluency in French is advantageous
