The Opportunity

You\’ll guide a group responsible for delivering outstanding client administration and communications, all while championing service excellence, innovation and collaboration.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading & Inspiring: Create a positive, engaging team environment where everyone thrives. You\’ll set clear goals, provide mentorship and lead by example.
2. Driving Performance: Monitor key metrics, support development plans and ensure your team consistently delivers at the highest level.
3. Owning Compliance & Risk: Use your knowledge of AML and risk management to keep things running safely, smoothly and by the book.
4. Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with Compliance, Legal and Risk to streamline operations and continuously improve how things are done.
5. Shaping Culture: Play a key role in fostering a values-led, innovative and forward-thinking culture.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Strong people management or team leadership experience-whether you\’re a current Team Leader or ready for that next step.
• A background in customer service, financial services, or life assurance.
• A passion for developing people and improving processes.
• A proactive mindset and confident decision-making skills.
• A good understanding of compliance and regulatory practices (AML/KYC knowledge a big plus!).
