Base pay range
Telecommunications Engineer – Full Training Provided
Salary: £28,805.40 – £29,385.40 + Bonus
Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Install broadband and TV services
- Resolve broadband faults
- Optimise speed in our customer\’s premises on behalf of our clients which include TalkTalk and BT
- Repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony and T.V services
- Complete all work to the required quality standard as applied by Circet in line with best working practices and client requirements
- Educate customers on the services installed while ensuring all services are operating to the customer\’s satisfaction
- Work efficiently whilst being considerate and maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction
- Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries
- Continually develop professional abilities through completing any training requirements as communicated
- Comply with company fleet policy
- Comply with current health and safety regulations aligned to H&S handbook, Tool Box Talks etc
- Ensure the operation of tools is carried out in a safe manner
- Ensure work activities comply with current environmental regulations
- Ensure compliance with Circet UK Data Protection Policies, the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation

OTE Performance Bonuses
- Probation period: 4 weeks of training + 26 weeks on the job (may be shortened based on performance)
- OTE Bonus: Additional up to £1,500 per year earnable based on attendance, performance, and driving scores as part of your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- OTE Bonus is limited to a maximum of 100 employees per month
