Contracts Manager - Cornwall

Working across the region, they design, install, and maintain systems for the \”Building Services\” sector and are now looking to grow their excellent existing team. The role is for a \”Contract Manager\” , someone with drive and tenacity, who can successfully deliver multiple projects while also developing the business unit across the Cornwall region. Key Responsibilities Managing a small team of Engineers, working closely with the Senior Management Team Proactive management of Health & Safety Planning, managing, executing, and controlling projects Sole responsibility for budget, programme, quality, supplier, and subcontractor management Participate in bid/tender processes Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients Full man management responsibilities Winning new work by identifying opportunities and securing a strong portfolio of projects Attending networking events to represent the business Ideally, you\’ll have at least 5 years of experience in a CM or PM role, having worked for a Building Services Contractor locally. Additionally, you will have the following qualifications: Educated to HNC/HND/Degree level in a Mechanical discipline SMSTS and NEBOSH qualifications (preferred) Experience delivering projects as the Mechanical Contractor Successful experience dealing directly with clients and the public Ability to work on own initiative; proven experience of winning work would be advantageous This is a unique opportunity, and I assure you, you don\’t want to miss out! #J-18808-Ljbffr
