This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who face unique challenges, including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and other additional needs. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, tailored English lessons that inspire and support learners with additional needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and confidence.
- Collaborate with staff to design individual learning plans that ensure progress and success for each student.
- Stay up-to-date with safeguarding practices to ensure the welfare and safety of all students.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, and other additional needs.
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and creative teaching strategies.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students in overcoming barriers to learning.
- Familiarity with safeguarding and willingness to have a DBS on the update service.
