Cost Accountant

An award winning local company are looking to recruit a newly created role of Cost Accountant.

The main duties of this post will be the setting of Standard costing for the business along with assisting with the management accounts function.

Duties will include :

• Analysing the key cost drivers across the business
• Reviewing the factory production process for different production areas as well as challenging costings and process / proceedures.
• Support of the monthly management report function

You will be qualified / qualified by experience in a similar role and will have extensive experience within a manufacturing environment. Excellent knowledge of Excel will be required and experience of SAP would be an advantange.
