Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in gas and heating services? We are looking for a skilled professional to take charge of a crucial contract, ensuring the repair and servicing of heating systems across 7,000 homes annually. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact within the social housing sector, improving the quality of life for thousands of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the delivery of the Gas and Heating Services Contract, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
2. Collaborate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional performance.
3. Monitor contract performance, addressing any issues proactively to maintain service quality and efficiency.
4. Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
