A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a leading firm handling an exciting caseload.
The team acts for both employers and employees, but with an emphasis on providing support for employers across all aspects of employment law including business immigration.
Responsibilities:- Manage a varied caseload of employment law including TUPE advice, due diligence, and drafting and negotiating the employment aspects of transaction documents including warranties and indemnities in sale agreements.
- Organise business development activities including writing articles, participating in webinars, and networking.
- Minimum of 3 Years PQE in contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well within a team environment.
