Job Description:

• Engage proactively with young people displaying challenging behavior.
• Help identify unsafe, harmful, or abusive situations and individuals.
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people at all times.
• Utilize various intervention strategies for behavior management.
• Create an open culture with young people in care.
• Safeguard children and ensure their safety according to protocols.
