Incoming Quality Inspector

Job Description:

Seeking a QC Incoming Inspector II to inspect, audit, and report on incoming materials using various measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and approve/reject incoming materials per documented processes.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase orders.
• Report and manage non-conforming materials, support root cause investigations.
• Assist in corrective actions, deviations, complaints, and First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Support internal, supplier, and customer audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in medical devices, aerospace, or bioprocessing industries preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified environments.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly bend, reach, stand, walk, and sit.
• Correctable eyesight required for defect detection.
