Principal Software Engineer (DevSecOps AWS Golang / Java) London to £130k Do you have expertise with secure coding practices? You could be progressing your career, in a senior, impactful role at a global prime broker that is replacing the legacy infrastructure used across capital markets with a new cloud-native clearing and custody system, designed for today’s complex global markets. As a Principal Software Engineer you’ll join a small team of software engineers who are responsible for providing expertise, tooling and automation to the wider tech community within the business. You’ll take a lead role in building AWS security controls, securing Kubernetes containers and ensuring the security of the software development pipeline. As a senior member of the team you’ll mentor 2-3 other engineers and can quickly progress to a leadership role. Location / WFH: You’ll join a small, highly talented and collaborative team in the London, City office three days a week with flexibility to work from home the other two. About you: You come from a software engineering background (Golang / Java preferred) You have a strong understanding of cloud based architectures (AWS preferred) You have experience of securing code within a financial services environment You have strong Kubernetes experience You have experience of building automation and developer tools
