Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Salary: £38,750 (days) to £45,000 (shift allowance)

Blue Arrow are working with one of our key clients on a Electrically Bias Maintenance Engineer position to work out of their site on the outskirts of Paisley. The successful candidate will be multi-skilled in their engineering practices and have a clear understanding of PPM.

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Back Shift (Rotation): Monday-Wednesday, 11:30 am – 10:00 pm; Thursday, 12:30 pm – 10:00 pm
• Night Shift (Rotation): Monday-Thursday, 9:50 pm – 8:05 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical and occasional mechanical maintenance of production equipment
• Working to a PPM schedule
• Working in collaboration with the wider engineering, production, manufacturing & logistics teams to ensure optimum productivity
• Contribute to project work and respond to emergency breakdowns as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills; ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a range of equipment.
• Flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts following the competency period.
