Pre Press Operator

Atrium is hiring on behalf of our client in Norwich for a Pre-Press Operator to join their well-established and growing business.

If you\’re a motivated individual with a passion for the print industry, especially Pre-Press, we\’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Customer Service, Design, and Production teams.
2. Convert customer files into print-ready PDFs for manufacturing approval.
3. Plan optimised sheet layouts.
4. Create visual proofs for approval.
5. Output files to plates.
6. Support existing technology alongside supply partners and explore future growth opportunities.

What We\’re Looking For:

1. Experience in lithographic printing workflows, ideally with solid board packaging knowledge.
2. Proficiency in key software, including the Adobe suite.
3. Knowledge of colour management in print is a plus.
4. A flexible and open-minded approach to new technologies and working methods.
