Contract Trainer to join a major transformation programme within a leading specialty insurance firm. This role will be instrumental in supporting the successful rollout of new systems, tools, and processes across underwriting, operations, and claims.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a trainer or L&D consultant on enterprise-scale transformation programmes.

- Strong instructional design and content creation skills, including use of digital learning tools.
- Comfortable working in agile and change-driven environments with multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
