Randstad are looking for a Surveyor to provide technical expertise and support to the Surveying function across all areas, to include the technical and operational management of all technical inspections, surveys and diagnosis of repair defects. Specifying required maintenance work on all properties. You will be responsible for the implementation of strategies to enhance the quality and dynamism of stock data, providing increased data intelligence. Key duties and responsibilities To be the lead in all technical property related surveying duties, providing expert knowledge of all policies, legislation & regulations, e.g Planning permission, Building Regs, Asbestos regulations. Including senior level technical support to our legal department in respect of disrepair or legal claims received. Assist, advice, and mentor the wider surveying team members; recommending and delivering training requirements to bridge any knowledge gaps. Liaising with surveyor’s line managers on technical development of surveyors Ensure that the quality of our assets is maintained and improved in accordance with all business strategies.
