Are you an experienced Team Leader/ Supervisor in outbound sales looking for your next opportunity? Our Client has a requirement for a Sales Team Leader, who will be required to work on a permanent basis in Irlam. Job Role Responsibilities: Interact with and motivate the Desk Sales / Telesales team. Operate call coaching, call listening, second voice closing and sales training. Monitor productivity levels of Desk Sales / Telesales team, reporting daily to the National Desk Based Sales Manager any areas for improvement. Provide reports on coaching of staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on metrics defined by Sales Operations. Managing of lunch & break rota to maintain cover across core business hours 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri – liaising with National Desk Based Sales Manager to manage FTE resources, holiday cover and expanding FTE coverage from 09:00 to 20:00 Mon-Fri. Maintain management supervision in the sales office during core business hours 09:00-17:30 Mon-Fri.
