Your new role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst in Operational Risk to join our dynamic London team. Reporting directly to our Manager for Operational Risk, you\’ll be at the forefront of managing operational risk across our departments internally, whether in different lines of defence for Compliance and Risk, and also Fund Services, including Operations, Legal, Finance, and Technology. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring our risk management processes are robust, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals,

You\’ll be responsible for managing and reporting on risk profiles, reviewing and advising on Business Risk & Controls in key projects, and conducting control testing and in-depth analyses to identify and address control weaknesses. Your role will also involve overseeing the implementation of our risk framework, working closely with senior management, and ensuring that we continue to meet the highest standards of operational excellence.

You will bring a strong background in risk management from UK regulated financial service type firm, and/or large institutional investment businesses, custodians, or pension funds, complemented by experience in internal or external audit, risk identification, and control testing. Additionally, you will be highly analytical, organized, and an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

If you have experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems and enjoy a busy growing team and office, you\’ll find this role particularly rewarding.

This position is based on-site at London King\’s Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund\’s global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
