The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
Objective: Support the brand with the execution of the Direct-To-Consumer and digital marketing monitoring, as well as handle the inventory. This includes the below tasks:
- Maintain accurate levels of stock and samples at all times.
- Management of the brand's stock to fulfil DTC orders and samples for press requests.
- Fulfilment of all DTC orders and PR requests.
- Create press packs and other documents needed.
- Create visual assets for wholesale clients.
- Creation of graphic resources needed for ads campaigns.
- Tracking of performance and communication with the ads agency and reporting internally in a summarised and relevant way.
- Planning and executing our e-mailing strategy: understand what products need to be sold and when; creating the newsletter flows and proposals for approval; sending them to the customer and tracking the result. Reporting on a weekly basis.
- Reviewing DTC results through reports monthly and seasonally, sharing with the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Overseeing customer service requests: returns, exchanges, bespoke and pre-ordered items.
- Overseeing customer experience, proposing ideas to refine our DTC and execute them.
- Development of content and management of the brandβs Instagram presence.
- Creating shipment labels for DTC orders and returns. Ensuring smooth transport.
