What makes a successful Branch Manager?

• You lead by example with strong leadership skills, experience in team management, coaching, and motivating colleagues.
• You have at least 2 years of travel sales experience and supervisory experience.
• You meet your own sales targets and motivate your team to achieve theirs.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
• You enjoy working with numbers and monitoring sales performance.
• You are enthusiastic, optimistic, and committed to business growth.

Daily responsibilities of a Branch Manager include:

• Being a role model and inspiring leader who meets targets and delivers excellent service.
• Maximizing branch profitability through sales and exceeding targets.
• Managing day-to-day branch operations and foreign exchange services.
• Promoting the branch via social media and local events to attract new customers.
• Supporting team performance and development to ensure productivity and morale.
• Representing the branch in the local community and attending promotional events.
• Participating in recruitment and development of colleagues, including apprentices.
