Job Title: Head of Education Location: Staffordshire Salary: up to £60,000 Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties include: Manage the timely and effective delivery of the curriculum, ensuring a high-quality provision is delivered. Overseeing of financial performance to ensure profitability by maximising contract performance. To ensure that quality assurance and improvement processes are in place and that a culture of continuous service improvement is embedded. Identify areas of improvement and drive change for success across the Education team. Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality curriculum is developed. Maximise contract performance to ensure all contractual targets and obligations are met. Maintain knowledge on key policy developments in relation to teaching, learning and assessment.
