Field Engineer – 5335

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join their southern team of engineers based between Swindon and Reading.

Main Responsibilities:

• SLA-driven EPOS and IT support for Hospitality, Retail, and Healthcare outlets.
• Diagnose and rectify issues with EPoS, networking, and networking devices.
• Participate in project work including AV, Digital Signage, and Customer Rollouts.
• Provide on-site support for EPoS, IT network/communications infrastructure, hardware, and software.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of EPoS systems and connectivity.
• Networking diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
• Good fault-finding skills.
• Customer-facing skills.
• Cabling infrastructure experience (Cat5, Cat6, Wireless).
