About the Company – Our client is a specialist lender focusing on Real Estate finance. They offer both bridging and development finance loans up to £10million.

About the Role – The role will be to manage a Portfolio of existing clients and originate new business through your existing network of professional introducers and clients. You will be responsible for preparing credit papers and presenting them to credit committee for approval.

You will have dedicated resource to execute and manage the loans once they have been approved.
