A highly attractive company going through a period of change is offering hybrid working (3 days a week in the office) to a thoroughly experienced Enterprise Risk Manager who is happy working in a fast-paced environment. This is a 6-month interim role, with locations in Bicester, Leicester and occasional travel to other sites.

What you'll need to succeed: Ideally, you will hold a Risk Management qualification and have significant ERM experience. You will have an in-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with regulatory compliance and governance frameworks in the manufacturing or a similar sector is essential. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior management and stakeholders. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams to adopt a risk-aware mindset is required. You will need the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on agility and adaptability.
